The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Partnerships, you will play a vital role in supporting the partnerships team by building a robust pipeline of potential Enterprise partners and ensuring consistent outreach to targeted accounts. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of Foxquilt's enterprise division by identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities across key verticals. Goals & Objectives

As an SDR at Foxquilt, you're the friendly face (or voice) that opens doors and creates opportunities for the Enterprise Partnerships Channel. Your key objectives include:

  • Discover Potential Partners: Research and identify Enterprise channel partners in key verticals who are the perfect fit for our product and mission.
  • Make Connections That Count: Proactively reach out to prospects, generate qualified leads, and schedule those all-important meetings to get the ball rolling.
  • Team Up for Success: Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to successfully hand off qualified opportunities and keep the momentum going.
  • Stay Organized, Stay Winning: Keep your CRM game strong by managing a clean, dynamic pipeline of prospects and tracking your wins.
  • Contribute to Big Wins: Support the Partnerships team in smashing net premium and profit goals for the B2B division-you're a key part of our success story!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to identify and qualify new enterprise partnership opportunities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Research and analyze potential partner organizations to understand their needs and how Foxquilt's embedded insurance solutions can address them.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with key decision-makers to schedule introductory meetings for the Partnerships Manager.
  • Manage and track all prospecting activities in Foxquilt's CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in creating compelling sales pitches and presentations to support the Partnerships team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Foxquilt's product offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Partnerships Manager and cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally within InsurTech, FinTech, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless AI).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting quotas.
