Note: This role is primarily remote, we do expect the individual to work out of Toronto office 3-5 days per month.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Spot and research potential clients-think startups, businesses with software development needs, and e- commerce brands
• Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings for the senior sales team
• Explain what we do in simple terms-web/mobile app development, e-commerce platforms (Shopify and custom), and UX/UI design
• Keep our CRM updated and organized
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation efforts
• Share insights from conversations with prospects to help us fine-tune our messaging
• Periodic (once every 2-3 months) travel for conferences

What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in sales or lead gen, ideally in tech or a digital agency
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Some understanding of how websites, apps, and e-commerce platforms come together is a big plus
• Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or something similar
• Self-starter who can manage their own time and stay organized

Bonus Points If You:
• Know your way around tech like React, Flutter, Shopify, Magento, or WordPress
• Have experience selling B2B digital services or working in a digital agency
• Are familiar with SaaS or custom software sales cycles
