Job Title: Mailroom Clerk

• Short Term assignment for the duration of potential postal strike
  - Monday-Friday- 8:30am-4:30pm (7 hour work day)

  What You Will Do:

  •Prepping, scanning and indexing Insurance?documents, which includes but is not limited to physical?documents received via mail, fax and courier
  • Printing and inserting Insurance?documents
  • Sorting,?prepping and scanning incoming policy and claims mail

• Prolonged standing and living upto 35 lbs

  Who You Are

  • 1-2 years administrative skills
  • Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset

Must be fully vaccinated.

Must clear background check.
