We are working with a luxurious hotel in New Brunswick, who is seeking the talents of a Director of Sales and Marketing, to lead their in-house sales department. This person will manage a team of six to eight people and will report to the hotel General Manager.

Candidate Background

• Hotel experience as a director of sales and marketing
• Background in the luxury hotel segment
• This position is based at the hotel, relocation is required

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue to hotel and non-hotel operations (spa, activities and events)
• Following the different brand guidelines to executive outbound marketing strategies on traditional and digital channels
• Lead the sales and marketing team
