JOB DETAILS

• Title: Archive Specialist / Handler
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (weekends off!)
• Competitive salary: $21/hour
• Overtime: Occasional
• Status: Temporary with potential for permanent hire after probation
• Location: Laval (easily accessible by public transit)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and unpack document pallets with care and precision
• Handle, lift, and move archive boxes according to established procedures
• Efficiently process incoming and outgoing orders
• Identify and place documents in designated locations
• Maintain organization and security of archives in line with company standards

DESIRED PROFILE

• Ability to read and write in English (functional level)
• Ability to use a handheld scanner (training provided)
• Physical strength to lift up to 80 lbs
• Skilled in using hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Attention to detail and task accuracy
• Team spirit and positive work attitude
• No prior experience required
• Full training provided!

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

• Safety boots (not provided)
