Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

Responding to calls and emails from branches (orders, shipments, products, quality, claims, etc.) and following up with the relevant departments.

Managing corrective and preventive requests, as well as improvement opportunities, in collaboration with internal teams.

Providing outstanding customer service, even when handling complex requests.

Recommending the products and services best suited to customers' needs.

Reviewing and finalizing orders in the system, performing quality checks, and managing returns.

Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and proposing concrete solutions.

Ideal Profile

3 years of experience in customer service

College diploma (CÉGEP) in office technology or vocational training related to office work (an asset)

Strong organizational skills to effectively meet various customer needs and ensure timely follow-ups

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (advanced) and English (advanced)
(1) Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required as the role involves frequent interactions with colleagues and clients in Saint-Eustache, the United States, and other countries.
