As a Claims Specialist, you will:

Conduct intake calls and assess claim documentation

Communicate effectively with claimants and stakeholders

Ensure accurate and timely adjudication of claims

Provide compassionate customer service during sensitive times

Work both independently and collaboratively to meet team goals

Must-Have Skills:

• Bilingual in French & English
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable handling sensitive/confidential information
• Experience with Life or Disability claims adjudication
• Familiarity with medical terminology

Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
