Mandatory Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline. Equivalent training and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior-level change management role (e.g., Change Lead or Sr. Specialist) leading transformation initiatives directly impacting healthcare providers.
  • Experience managing change related to healthcare technology (e.g., Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, or digital transformation projects) with clinical user groups.
  • Professionally bilingual in French and English; able to lead engagement, communications, and training initiatives in both languages (advanced level).

  • Experience leading/managing change initiatives with strategy development and execution in dynamic, technology-enabled environments. Exp - 8+ years
  • Senior Change Management Specialist or Lead in clinical transformation projects directly impacting healthcare providers, with strategies supporting change adoption. Exp - 5+ years
  • Facilitation of change workshops or education sessions for healthcare providers in public healthcare, with knowledge of clinical workflows and stakeholder dynamics. Exp - 5+ years
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exp - 5+ years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) and Zoom. Exp - 5+ years
  • Experience using Atlassian's JIRA software in a project/work setting. Exp - 2+ years
  • Formal training in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent). Yes
