Capgemini Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Quality Lead at the Senior Manager level to lead and oversee a comprehensive data assessment effort using Syniti ADMM. This position requires occasional travel to Greater Toronto Area.

This role is pivotal in preparing for a data cleansing exercise as part of a SAP greenfield implementation. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives to enhance data quality through data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Data Assessment Efforts: Oversee the comprehensive data assessment using Syniti ADMM to prepare for data cleansing activities.
  • Data Profiling and Cleansing: Drive strategic initiatives to enhance data quality through rigorous data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
  • SAP Greenfield Implementation: Lead data quality efforts as part of a SAP greenfield implementation project.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Implement and maintain rigorous validation and reconciliation frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Design and deploy advanced analytics and reporting solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide expertise and thought leadership in data quality and analytics during stakeholder engagements and RFP response preparation.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Partner with business development and sales teams to create tailored data quality solutions that address the complex needs of enterprise clients.
  • Client Presentations: Conduct client presentations, including live demonstrations of tools, methodologies, and success stories.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Syniti ADMM, SAP Data Services (BODS), and other comparable data quality tools.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ETL processes and data quality management.
  • Familiarity with data governance tools such as SAP Information Steward or equivalents.
  • Proven track record of delivering at least one greenfield implementation project successfully.
