We are a small, 4-operatory dental clinic located in beautiful Oak Bay, led by Dr. Adam Pite-a KOIS mentor, comprehensive care dentist. Our hygienists have autonomy over their schedules, allowing them to deliver exceptional, timely care. We pride ourselves on maintaining a low-stress, positive team environment that supports each other throughout the day.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Provide dental hygiene care to patients on a 3/4/6-month recall schedule.
Educate patients on oral health and collaborate with Dr. Pite on treatment planning and ongoing care.

Compensation
Starting at $58+/hr , negotiable based on experience and fit

Preferred Qualifications
Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program
Active and in-good-standing license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in BC
Experience or willingness to train on Cleardent practice management software
Experience or training in EMS air polishers (training provided)

Work Hours
Preferred: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Open to alternative days/hours for the right candidate
