Our client in the professional services sector is seeking an Intermediate QA Consultant to work on a Salesforce-based application for a public sector client

Location: Hybrid in Markham (flexible)

Duration: 4 - 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed test cases
• Execute manual tests and accurately log results
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to triage defects and support defect resolution
• Document and report test results using application lifecycle management tools
• Participate in user story validation and acceptance testing
• Support Test Automation efforts where applicable

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Experience with Provar
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with test automation principles
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative)
• Salesforce testing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce test automation tools such as Provar or Testim
