Job Description:

Our client is seeking a seasoned SAP OTC Manager/Senior Manager to lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) initiatives on a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SAP SD/OTC modules, strong data migration capabilities, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD/OTC design and implementation efforts
• Oversee and participate in at least 3 full life cycle SAP implementations
• Manage data migration of Sales contracts and pricing conditions critical to downstream revenue processing
• Coordinate with technical teams on ETL and data mapping, preferably using BODS
• Collaborate with stakeholders and navigate complex business challenges to translate into SAP functional solutions
• Develop project documentation, training materials, and execute project plans
• Guide and lead a team of 3+ consultants through project milestones

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with SAP SD/OTC
• Hands-on experience with S4 integration (SD with FI, CO, MM)
• Minimum of 4-5 years of data migration experience; BODS experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a consulting environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
• Strong decision-making ability and business acumen
