Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Execute manual and automated tests across SAP modules to ensure quality and stability
• Collaborate closely with business process owners, analysts, developers, and project managers to resolve issues promptly
• Use tools like TestRail, Jira, Ranorex, and others to document test results, manage defects, and track progress
• Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders
• Provide regular progress reports, documentation, and mentoring to staff in accordance with standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, including complex enterprise applications and business processes
• Hands-on experience testing one or more SAP ECC modules such as FI, CO, MM, HR, Payroll, PM, PS, FM, RE-FX, or PS-CD
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA testing and related SAP systems (e.g., BW, BOBJ, Process Orchestration) is highly desirable
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Ranorex, Jenkins, and experience in test automation
• Strong understanding of the full software testing lifecycle, including functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams

Pay Rate: $60-75/hour
