Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Junior Information Security Analyst - 6-Month Contract who will join a lean security team supporting both Infrastructure Security and Vulnerability Management functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their InfoSec career with strong communication skills and a desire to grow. This candidate will work alongside experienced security professionals, gaining exposure to industry-leading tools while helping to monitor and manage the organization's security posture.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and tracking vulnerabilities across infrastructure and applications
• Log, manage, and update issues using ServiceNow
• Use Qualys to support vulnerability scanning and analysis
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and technical teams
• Document processes and support reporting efforts

Desired Skill Set:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Foundational knowledge of Information Security principles
• Understanding of what a vulnerability is and its potential impact
• Experience with tools like: ServiceNow and Qualys

Nice To Have:

• Coursework or certifications in Cybersecurity
• Exposure to enterprise security tools or vulnerability scanning platforms
• Experience working in a ticketing system or IT service environment
