Are you a skilled Data Engineer or Database Developer who thrives in hybrid roles that bridge technical and business domains? We're hiring on behalf of a leading Canadian Fintech company client offering a collaborative environment, modern tech stack, and competitive benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement scalable data models, schemas, and PL/SQL solutions
• Translate business needs into logical and physical data models
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend, Azure Synapse, and Kafka
• Work with cloud and on-prem environments: Azure, Oracle OCI, Exadata, Azure Data Lake
• Take full ownership of tasks-end-to-end delivery

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in data engineering, database development, or DBA roles
• Strong experience in PL/SQL, schema design, data modeling, and relational databases
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure, Oracle OCI) and ETL tools
• Financial services background is an asset
• A self-driven, adaptable mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
