We're hiring a Sales Operations Manager to lead our talented team, elevate operational performance, and propel our business into its next stage of growth. We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will play critical leadership role, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be responsible for leading a high-performing sales and customer service team, refining operational strategies, and cultivating meaningful relationships that support sustainable growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Coach and develop a results-driven sales and customer service team to consistently exceed targets.
  • Strategize for Growth: Design and execute innovative, data-informed sales strategies to capture new opportunities and expand market share.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Manage sales data within the CRM and other systems, analyze sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business development.
  • Optimize Performance: Use KPIs and AI-driven insights to evaluate performance and continuously improve sales processes.
  • Champion Excellence: Instill a culture of accountability, learning, and high achievement across the team.

Who You Are:

Leadership Experience:

  • 5+ years in sales or operations management, preferably within medical or sports rehab sectors.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or equivalent industry experience.

Skillset:

  • Proven success in developing and executing scalable sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Mandatory proficiency with HubSpot CRM or equivalent platforms.
  • Comfort with digital tools and AI-integrated sales methodologies.
