Our mission is to repurpose electronics whenever possible. This role will be responsible for driving business development for refurbishment, resale and recycling as necessary.

This role will lead revenue creation & growth, develop new opportunities by engaging mid to large size companies/customers, manage the pipeline, build & execute account strategies, close large enterprise-level deals, and lead customer expansion for our ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) Recovery solutions. In this role, the incumbent is responsible for both lines of business EOL and ITAD.

Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, bids, and estimates for customers and suppliers

Work closely with the outbound sales team, finance & logistics

Establish a referral network with businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections

Execute a daily process with prospecting and pipeline management by actively (primarily) connecting with individuals

Provide timely feedback on the status of pipeline, sales, and business development activities.

Assume responsibility for a book of accounts and grow their volume as per personal targets which consist of hunting for opportunities and the cross selling of other business lines

Effectively manage customer expectations and flawlessly process documentation after completion of sale

Provide progress reports, updates, and sales data using CRM

Provide funnel management, target/objective updates to deliver on all territory plans based on weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives

Promote company reputation as a community ambassador, supporting events and building community relations

May perform other related duties as required

Key Attributes to be successful in this role include:

Successful relationship building and establishing credibility quickly

Strong sales background including follow up and closing skills

Superior communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Excellent organizational and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time to client sites. Travel within company sites and work from home.

Total compensation package is comprised of base salary and quarterly incentive plan.
