Role Overview
As a Sales Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) dedicated to advertiser acquisition and lead qualification. This role requires a blend of operational leadership, client-focused delivery, and data-driven decision-making. You will be instrumental in scaling outreach efforts, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring service excellence for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of SDRs aligned with client growth objectives.
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Oversee and improve lead qualification processes to ensure high conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance metrics (calls, meetings, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Account Managers for smooth lead handoffs and pipeline alignment.
- Deliver SDR enablement tools - training sessions, scripts, and best practices.
- Manage and optimize sales platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.
- Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and develop individual growth plans.
- Prepare and present weekly pipeline and performance reports.
- Stay informed on advertising products and market trends to guide sales strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- 2+ years of experience managing SDR teams or in a sales delivery role.
- Strong command of CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and performance optimization.
- Experience in a client-facing or services environment preferred.
