About the Role

The Director of Production will oversee all daily plant operations-production, maintenance, logistics, and quality-ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of curtain wall systems for major commercial and institutional projects. Strong experience in curtain wall systems and proven success managing people are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all plant operations to meet performance goals in output, quality, safety, and delivery.
• Optimize labor, equipment, and workflow to support project schedules and reduce waste.
• Lead and develop department managers and production teams, fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
