What You'll Be Doing as a Telus Sales Representative:

• Sales & Customer Engagement
• You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain product benefits, and help them find the right solution.
• Brand Promotion & Face-to-Face Sales
• Represent major brands professionally and engagingly. You'll promote products and services through in-person, face-to-face interactions in qualified residential areas that focus on building real connections and trust.
• Leadership Training
• We offer hands-on coaching to help you grow into leadership roles. Learn how to lead a team, run meetings, and support others as you grow.
• Strategy & Performance Coaching
• You'll get regular feedback and support from experienced mentors to help you reach your goals and level up your skills.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required (post-secondary education is a bonus)
• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
