What Will You Do?

  • Lead and scale the North American sales strategy for SaaS solutions
  • Collaborate with sales teams, product, marketing, and customer success to drive pipeline growth
  • Build strategic relationships with clients, from SMB to enterprise
  • Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and KPIs to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership engagements

What Do You Bring?

  • 8+ years of sales experience in SaaS, with at least 1 year in a senior leadership/strategic role
  • Proven sales success in the SaaS industry
  • Strong ability to lead remote teams and drive performance across regions
  • Experience building strategic enterprise relationships and closing large, complex deals
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • A data-driven mindset and a passion for driving innovation and results
