Sales Key Account Manager - Vape Industry

Our client, a leader in the Canadian vape industry, is seeking a driven and energetic Key Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to manage key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing major customer accounts, nurturing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts while proactively reaching out to new customers
  • Deliver exceptional account management and customer service to maximize satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and call-minute targets
  • Collaborate with team members to drive company goals and initiatives
  • Accurately manage and update customer information in the CRM system

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, retail, or a closely related field; experience in the vape industry is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
