FedEx Express Canada is seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations Representative located in Saint Laurent, Quebec. This is a Hybrid opportunity.

Job Summary :

Provides employee relations support, guidance and counsel to both management and employees

fostering consistent and fair people practices to specific teams. Facilitates the problem-solving process of employee relations' issues with varying degrees of complexity, internal investigations and performance while enabling a highly motivated, engaged workforce.

Job responsibilities:

• Advising managers on Employee Relation issues
• Lead employee engagement initiatives
• Facilitate training when required
• Conducting workplace investigations
• Mediating disputes and conflict resolution

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human resources or Business
• Minimum five years of Human resources experience with 2+ years' experience in workplace investigations or similar role
• Alternative Dispute Resolution certificate or ability to successfully complete within 12 months of hire required
• The candidate MUST be proficient in both English and French language.
• Sound knowledge of Canada Labour Code, Human Rights legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong project/time management and problem-solving skills
