Position: HR Administrator
Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)
Salary: $23 to $27 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to permanent
Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking for a highly-organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to ensure efficient operations of the Human Resources department. This is fantastic opportunity for someone that is resourceful and is comfortable dealing with multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
- Administers the Canadian benefits program, including enrollment, claims issuance, reporting, and auditing
- Responds to HR inquiries and forwards all other requests to appropriate contacts
- Coordinates onboarding of new hires, including initiating onboarding tickets and scheduling new hire orientations
- Handles vendor services and invoice processing in the database
- Acts as an active member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee
- Maintains employee electronic files and prepares reports for the Corporate HR team
- Uses templates to prepare HR documents for employees
- Assists HR department with other ad-hoc requests and special projects
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of administration experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong technical skills with MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize activities
