Strategic Growth & Talent Acquisition Lead

We're on the lookout for a Strategic Growth & Talent Acquisition Lead someone who thrives on building strong teams, driving recruitment outcomes, and influencing business growth from the inside out.

This role is perfect for a high-performing recruiter or sales leader who's energized by people, process, and performance. You'll be central to scaling a high-impact, people-first team across Alberta.

What You'll Do:

• Lead outbound recruiting efforts - sourcing, cold outreach, and pipeline development are your bread and butter.
• Build relationships with experienced professionals across Alberta.
• Develop and refine systems for onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention.
• Coach and guide team members while aligning recruitment with business strategy.
• Contribute to a collaborative, growth-driven culture in an environment that values initiative and results.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sales leadership, or talent acquisition.
• A strong background in high-volume outreach, full-cycle recruitment, and strategic sourcing.
• Natural leadership skills and a track record of meeting (or exceeding) performance goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you can influence, coach, and close.
• Strong business instincts, attention to process, and a desire to make a lasting impact.
