As the Lead Digital Designer at Haft2, you will be accountable and lead creative output for various platforms like websites, mobile apps, social media, and email marketing. This role is also expected to lead projects in traditional design, brand design including visual identities, brand standards and a wide breadth of applications.

MASTERY
You deliver great ideas that can drive brands and programs. You have a minimum of 5 years' experience and proficiency in digital design and building user interfaces, stay-up to date with recent technologies and design approaches, present ideas and recommend solutions.

You are an expert at using design software to develop graphics, layouts, and interactive elements while considering user experience and brand guidelines.
Excellent design skills and aesthetics are a given. You have a solid experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe XD, After FX, Dreamweaver, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint) with an understanding of the MAC operating environment.
You are an expert in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, Figma, JavaScript, responsive design).
You have an elevated level of technical knowledge keeping abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to create innovative and engaging experiences.
You can assess limitations and provide alternative solutions to meet client needs.
You lead in comprehensive concept development and brand identity systems as well as animation/motion graphics using AfterEffects and StackAdaptes.
You can perform in a demanding environment and can adapt and evolve quickly.
You have strong people, persuasion, and presentation skills.
You have an extensive knowledge of graphic fundamentals, print and web capabilities, as well as marketing and advertising principles.
You demonstrate clarity of thinking, delegation, and effective use of design staff and other resources.
You use tight, insightful briefings, brainstorming and other brand benchmarks to ensure a great and effective creative result.
You are an expert in time management - you manage your own time and that of other designers and resources effectively.

You pride yourself on delivering well-built, organized, and error-free final digital files for print and digital applications.
