What You'll Do

• Design and lead Evident's Agentic AI strategy
• Build AI agents that collaborate with people-not replace them
• Partner with execs and engineers to redesign workflows from the ground up
• Evangelize agentic AI internally with workshops, demos, and technical storytelling
• Drive responsible AI adoption with a strong focus on ethics and effectiveness

Who You Are

• 5+ years in AI/ML (with proven delivery of production AI systems)
• Hands-on with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or autonomous AI
• Deep communicator: you inspire change from C-suite to engineering
• Fluent in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch , and cloud-based deployment
• You think like a founder. You move like a builder.
