Requisition Title: Communications Specialist III

Location Address: Toronto ON

Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week

Contract: 6months+

Payrate: CAD 42/hr. on T4

Project Overview:

You will drive customer-focused strategies and ensure that storytelling and emotional connections are integral to our internal and external communications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field 2. 4+ years of experience in fast-paced environment such as management consulting, internal/corporate communications, digital/technology consulting, internal strategy, customer experience, or other professional services

3. Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues

4. Experience across multiple internal/corporate communications areas (e.g., strategy communication, transformation messaging, engagement, people, culture, and brand)

5. Ability to develop compelling materials using a variety of mediums, including PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience supporting large-scale programs or initiatives in an organization

2. International experience or experience working across a global organization.

3. Previous work in advertising or creative agency

4. External communications and thought leadership experience

6. Skills in graphic design

7. Proficiency in video storyboarding and creative services

8. Familiarity with Adobe or other creative software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere etc.)
