Your New Role

The Residential Maintenance Technician will be reporting into the General Manager, Operations and work closely with the Field Supervisor. This role has the ability to be live in or live out. The residential maintenance technician will be responsible for the Burnaby portfolio which is all within 5 minutes of each other. In this role, you will be well versed technically and comfortable being hands on. This role requires having your own tools.

Responsibilities will include:

• General daily maintenance including general carpentry, dry wall, painting, minor plumbing & electrical.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Trouble shooting boilers, heaters, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Respond to work orders and tenant requests.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years experiene in Building Maintenance.
• Have your own tools.
• On call availability.
• Experience using Yardi is an asset.
• First Aid and Hazmat training are assets.
