Cytodiagnostics Inc. is looking for a highly motivated Laboratory and Operations Technician to join our team in Burlington, ON. Requires use of independent judgement; perform under general directions and work as an integral part of our operational and manufacturing development team in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and process nano-materials, including gold and silver nanoparticles
• Assist with daily operational tasks, including order entry, packaging, shipping, and inventory management
• Maintain detailed manufacturing and operational records in compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards
• Support quality control efforts across both laboratory and operations activities
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in writing/reviewing SOPs, study reports
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Industry experience, and working in an ISO environment is an asset
• Having the confidence and ability to identify and communicate new potential opportunities is an asset
• Experience in operations, shipping/receiving, or administrative support
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
