MERCHANT is hiring an Office Manager.

As Office Manager, you are an essential part of the team at Merchant - managing day-to-day operations, coordinating pre-production events, wardrobe fittings and meetings; answering inbound phone calls, reviewing financial statements, and maintaining happy vibes.

We're looking for your personality, leadership, organizational skills, and your strength managing the little details.

As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and submitting essential forms and legal documentation (LMIA work permits, tax waivers, Stats Can reviews, etc.)

- Shipping and receiving, distribute mail

- Inventory/stock management

- Event planning, meeting support

- Financial statement review and allocation

- Coordinate building maintenance (repairs as needed, cleaners, deep cleans)

- Office account and subscription billing (Hydro, Gas, Rogers, Extreme Reach, etc.)

- Technical support (laser and inkjet printers, conference call set up, Wi-fi troubleshooting, Microsoft Word and Excel)

- Hard drive archive management

- Calendar management for multiple work teams and organizations in a shared office space

Key holding

Requirements:

- Basic accounting skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications

- Experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant

- Valid G license great - but not mandatory

- In office position - Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
