Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at ResQ Pro Restoration in Calgary, AB. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing office equipment, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include processing paperwork and assisting with office management duties.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
- Experience with Office Equipment maintenance and management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office & Excel) is a must
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
