Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Location: Calgary (Hybrid)
Contract Length: Short-term (3-6 months)
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist to support our clients inventory integration operations on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of inventory control best practices, and hands-on experience with Oracle inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Oracle systems.
- Perform inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately.
- Work with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure inventory availability.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support business decisions.
- Support inventory-related process improvements and documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inventory control experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (ideally cloud).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
