Role: Senior Pega Administrator
Duration: 12 - Month Contract
Location: Montreal, QC H3C 3S4 (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Technology/Role/Department:
Firm-wide Business Process Management Community of Practice (CoP), part of Operations and Compliance Technology area, is looking for a Pega administrator to help maintain/develop multiple Pega applications across the firm. The CoP team provides Business Process Management (BPM) services and tools to the entire Firm and is responsible for all aspects of Pega platform support and common design and implementation standards. In addition to full end-to-end implementations the Community of Practice the development team provides internal consulting services to other technology teams across the Firm assisting them with their BPM Platform design and workflow implementations. The Workflow Orchestration area that houses the Community of Practice also has several development teams providing Pega transformation solutions supporting Operations.
As a Pega Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our Pega platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our business-critical applications. You will work closely with our development teams, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the Pega platform.
Required Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
2. 5+ years of experience with Pega BPM
3. 2+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator or similar role
4. Pega Certified Senior System Architect
5. Experience with Pega application development
6. Experience with Pega system administration, including installation, configuration, and upgrade
7. Knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
8. Knowledge of writing SQL queries
9. Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
10. Expertise on various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP
Desired Skills:
1. Well versed with SDLC, Agile, CD&CI methodologies
2. Hands-on Java experience is an asset
3. Experience on python is an asset
4. Experience with git and pull workflow
