We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) professional with experience deploying Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions in the workforce management domain to join our Delivery Team at WorkAxle. The successful candidate must be based in the province of Québec, Canada and-after an initial one or two week on site onboarding period-will work fully remote. You will thrive in an interactive, fast moving tech start up environment where a proactive, hands on mind set is essential. HRIS consultancy experience is required, and familiarity with labour compliance across several industries in Latin America is a strong plus. The role blends functional and technical SaaS knowledge, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to deliver seamless performance during deployment and throughout ongoing application management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • End to End Deployment Participation - Lead or contribute to every stage of SaaS delivery-from discovery workshops and process re engineering consulting through configuration, testing, cut over, and hyper care-helping organisations rethink and optimise their workflows as they adopt new technology, and ensuring the deployed solution remains aligned with client objectives and industry best practice checkpoints.
  • Application Management & Continuous Improvement - Post go live, own the application management lifecycle: monitor real time health dashboards, follow incident/problem/change workflows, coordinate fixes and enhancements with Product and Back end teams, update clients on product releases to add value to their processes, and uphold both Service Level Agreements (SLAs)-uptime, response, resolution, performance-and client specific KPIs. Ensure strict compliance with agreed Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes while driving continuous optimisation and measurable value for customers.
  • Client Communication - Communicate complex updates in concise, user friendly terms-delivering tailored release notes and feature briefings that enable clients to adopt new capabilities on schedule. In short, turn complexity into simplicity.
  • Company Initiatives - Participate in internal initiatives and special projects as assigned by the reporting manager, sharing deployment insights that strengthen organisational capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience - Minimum of 1 year in SaaS deployment roles with a proven record of successful end to end implementations across multiple industries.
  • Architecture & Integrations - Understands how a workforce management (WFM) platform fits between an organisation's HRIS and payroll engine-importing organisational structures and employee data from the HR system, applying scheduling/time and attendance logic in WorkAxle, and exporting validated results to payroll. Comfortable discussing WorkAxle's microservices based architecture and its REST APIs for inbound and outbound data flows, articulating integration touch points and dependencies to project stakeholders.
  • Methodologies - Fluent in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models and able to switch approaches based on project needs. Competence with Gantt chart structures and milestones is required.
  • Process Optimisation - Skilled at analysing complex workflows and implementing improvements that boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Tools & Platforms - Proficient with leading project management and backlog solutions (Notion, Smartsheet, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or comparable tools). Skilled in the Microsoft 365 suite, and adept at harnessing generative AI applications-such as ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, or similar-to elevate analysis, documentation, and overall delivery quality.
  • Languages - Native level written and spoken English and Spanish. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus; conversational knowledge alone is not considered a working proficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable messages for non technical audiences.
  • Degree - A degree is not mandatory if experience is strong; however, a bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Credentials in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), time management software, payroll systems, or human resources platforms such as Workforce Software, Kronos (UKG), SAP Time Tracking, Legion, ADP, Workday, or GeoVictoria.
  • In depth knowledge of industry specific labour compliance relating to time management or payroll in Latin American countries.

Immigration

For exceptional candidates inside or outside Canada, the company will sponsor employer specific work permits or other Québec immigration pathways, expediting relocation and ensuring full compliance with Canadian labour standards.
