Position: Infrastructure Administrator

About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain enterprise systems in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure environments, and enterprise application lifecycle management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage deployments, optimize infrastructure, and support end users across critical business platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support enterprise infrastructure, including Dynamics 365 F&O and Azure environments
- Manage system lifecycles: data refreshes, patching, monitoring, and deployment support
- Assist in the development and maintenance of secure, scalable development environments
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support system enhancements and upgrades
- Manage user roles, security, and licensing across platforms
- Collaborate with team members on various cloud deployments and DevOps processes
- Provide technical documentation and contribute to end-user support initiatives
- Support integration and reporting needs with tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL Server
About You:
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure VMs, SQL Server, Windows Server, and Office 365
- Familiarity with DevOps, Dynamics CRM/CE, and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is an asset
- Excellent organizational and workload management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to discuss technical topics clearly
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior consulting experience and a commitment to continuous development are considered assets
