Reporting to the Director of Sales, this person works with the company's North American Leadership Team (NALT), Directors, and first-line managers to ensure the company can reach its long-term goals. This sales position will focus on the growth of sales with the Speedy and SpeedMarker Systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
This position is responsible for all sales activities from leads to close and implementing selling strategies within the assigned territory and products to achieve and/or exceed established sales goals.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from inbound and outbound activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Plan, organize, and prioritize sales strategies to achieve established sales goals.
Process leads in company's contact management system (CRM-Salesforce).
Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to close.
Provide product demonstrations in-house and virtually as required.
Prepare quotations, complete sales order sheets, and complete sales reports.
Conduct 10 outbound calls to potential customers per day.
The sales target is a minimum of 5-8 units per month.
Assist in creating demand with networking, educational seminars and social media.
Assist in service, support, training and installation.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The position requires the ability to drive and stand for extended periods as well as lift and carry equipment.
Exhibit proficient use of technology communication tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and graphic software AI or CorelDraw.
Well-organized self-starter.
Coachable and strong technically
A Team Player who can communicate with all levels of the organization.
Some overnight travel is required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience. B2B is a MUST Prefer a hard good/industrial type product
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions, inquiries or complaints from top management, co-workers and/or vendors.
