Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional and driven Manager, E-Commerce Marketplace who thrives on challenges and is hungry for growth. You will own the development, scaling, and optimization of our digital marketplace, elevating Evident as the industry benchmark for buying used dental devices and connecting with outsourcing providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketplace Leadership:
- Craft and execute an aggressive growth strategy, setting ambitious targets and rapidly expanding marketplace reach and profitability.
- Continuously innovate and optimize marketplace functionality and user experience to exceed user expectations.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage marketplace operations with precision, from vendor onboarding and inventory control to seamless payment systems and superior customer experience.
- Develop robust systems and processes to ensure smooth, efficient marketplace management at scale.
Partner and Vendor Excellence:
- Source, vet, and manage premium device suppliers and outsourcing partners.
- Build and sustain exceptional relationships, driving superior partner performance and loyalty.
Analytics and Insight:
- Leverage advanced analytics tools to gain deep insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and operational performance.
- Continuously test, measure, and improve strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Team Synergy:
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, customer success, technology, and product teams to ensure integrated, impactful marketplace strategies.
- Optimize marketing initiatives to drive marketplace visibility and engagement.
Risk and Compliance Leadership:
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and manage risks effectively, safeguarding Evident's reputation.
- Maintain secure and reliable transactional environments.
Qualifications of an Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years experience leading and scaling successful e-commerce marketplaces, ideally in healthcare, dental, or tech-related industries.
- Demonstrable history of exceptional marketplace growth and performance.
- Expertise in e-commerce technologies, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems, and digital marketing.
- Proven leadership qualities, with an unmatched strategic mindset and project execution capabilities.
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial drive.
- Familiarity with dental equipment, devices, and/or dental industry outsourcing services is highly advantageous.

Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000 CAD + Variable
