Central Stampings Limited, a member of the Narmco Group, a Tier One manufacturer of Metal Stampings & Welded Assemblies for the automotive sector, located in Windsor Ontario Canada has an opening for an Area Manager/Supervisor/Foreman.

Responsible for department supervision of hourly unionized employees and all manufacturing concerns relating to assigned department.

Ideal candidate will possess a post Secondary education, supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, knowledge of robotics, metal stamping and welded assemblies.

Responsibilities include: Safety, Quality, Production Standards/Uptime and Continuous Improvement.

Rotating shift position. Reporting directly to the Plant Superintendent.
