About the Role

We're looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our pipeline and connect with the next wave of amazing customers. In this role, your mission is simple: find high-potential leads, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified demos that lead to real results.

You'll be on the front lines-researching, reaching out, personalizing your approach, and opening doors for the sales team. If you're excited by the hunt, love experimenting with outreach tactics, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Personalize messaging to create meaningful engagement with potential customers.
  • Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule demos for the sales team.
  • Manage and nurture your lead pipeline using CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Test and iterate on different outreach angles to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously improve outreach efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A natural curiosity and willingness to learn about people, businesses, and industries.
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting (or eagerness to learn quickly!).
  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, or similar.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and not afraid to try new platforms or automations.
