About the Role:

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Newmarket, Ontario. This position will play a critical role in managing and growing a portfolio of 140 accounts, primarily within the True C & D category ($0-$10,000 revenue). You'll be the first point of contact for customer requests, responsible for nurturing existing accounts, prospecting new ones, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Salary range for this role will be between $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience.

What You'll Do:

Account Management & Customer Experience

  • • Own and develop a book of approximately 140 existing customer accounts.
  • • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • • Provide updated pricing and manage small quoting or project requests.
  • • Answer technical questions and product inquiries confidently and accurately.

Sales Growth & Prospecting

  • • Identify and pursue underdeveloped or unsold accounts in Ontario and Western Canada using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • • Launch and follow up on sample and catalogue campaigns.
  • • Support outbound sales campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Sales Cycle & Operational Support

  • • Collaborate with the outside sales and marketing teams to book qualified meetings and help build a healthy pipeline.
  • • Support direct mail campaigns with follow-up outreach and coordination.
  • • Track and update all interactions and progress using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

What We're Looking For:

  • • Experience supporting or managing customer accounts in a sales or customer service capacity.
  • • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • • Comfortable answering technical questions and collaborating with technical or engineering teams.
  • • Curious, coachable, and eager to challenge the status quo when it improves the customer experience.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus but not required).
  • • Comfortable working independently and managing follow-ups without being micromanaged.
