Title: Sales Lead - Deal Advisory
Status: 4 month Contract, Full time
Salary: Based on experience, $100/hr
Location: Toronto, ON - 5 days a week ON SITE
This is a 4 month contract from June - September 2025
The role of the Deal Advisory Sales Professional is to lead sales efforts for deal advisory. This temporary position is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who will oversee a team dedicated to generating a pipeline of M&A opportunities. Responsibilities include structuring sales processes, driving opportunity meetings, leading a coverage team focused on private equity, and supporting proposal preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Deal Advisory Sales Team: Oversee a dynamic team of four sales professionals, providing guidance and leadership.
- Generate M&A Pipeline: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of merger and acquisition opportunities.
- Drive Opportunity Meetings: Facilitate and structure meetings to identify and pursue potential deals.
- Lead Coverage Team: Direct a team focused on private equity, ensuring comprehensive coverage and strategic insights.
- Support Proposal Preparation: Assist in the development and preparation of proposals to attract and secure new business.
