Daily Responsibilities

  • Handling and preparing mailouts
  • Batching and scanning of documents
  • Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data
  • Key in paper documents using templates at required speed and accuracy level (UPS)
  • Cross-train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice)
  • Calling clients and sending emails
  • Carts, Generics, Cheque Verification
  • Work under minimum supervision

Program/Technology/Software Knowledge Require

  • Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Online systems
  • RBC Systems
  • Microsoft suite for communication and data entry

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education

  • 2+ years of related experience required

Skills and Competencies

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must be bilingual (English & French)
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Ability to enter data at 7000+ keystrokes per hour
  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
  • Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
