Daily Responsibilities
- Handling and preparing mailouts
- Batching and scanning of documents
- Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve, and edit data
- Key in paper documents using templates at required speed and accuracy level (UPS)
- Cross-train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice)
- Calling clients and sending emails
- Carts, Generics, Cheque Verification
- Work under minimum supervision
Program/Technology/Software Knowledge Require
- Microsoft Word, Excel
- Online systems
- RBC Systems
- Microsoft suite for communication and data entry
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
- 2+ years of related experience required
Skills and Competencies
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be bilingual (English & French)
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Ability to enter data at 7000+ keystrokes per hour
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
- Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
