Position: Junior Estimator

Location: Richmond Hill (Hybrid/Flexible)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and restoration projects

- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications

- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing

- Support senior estimators in bid submissions and quantity take-offs

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and basic understanding of construction processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software

- Strong communication and organizational skills
