The Onboarding Coordinator position is for communication savvy, confident, self-starters motivated to select the best candidates to join our growing team. This position is based out of our corporate office in Vittoria, ON and may require some travel for hiring events and job fairs.

ABOUT YOU

Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with social media and Microsoft Office applications

THE ROLE

The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for full-cycle recruitment including job posting creation, applicant screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The Onboarding Coordinator will work within the policies and procedures established by Scotlynn.

How You'll Do It

  • Design engaging and attractive job postings on various mediums and job boards
  • Building the talent pool, making connections via social media, job boards, job fairs, etc.
  • Review resume and portfolios to pre-screen candidates
  • Reaching out to candidates discussing career opportunities and suitability
  • Conduct interviews, draft and offer employment agreements and assist with employee onboarding
  • Collaborate with onboarding team and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
  • Track recruitment and candidate information in HRIS, ATS and other internal databases
  • Measure and report on recruitment metrics
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and organization policy and procedures

  • Salary starting $39,000 annually
