Here is how you will be involved :
• eLearning Development:
• Develop and design interactive eLearning content using tools such as Articulate360 Suite, Adobe Captivate, Easygenerator, Elucidat, or DominKnow.
• Convert technical documentation, user manuals, and user guides into user-friendly, interactive eLearning content.
• Utilize video editing tools like Camtasia to create engaging multimedia content.
• Instructional Design:
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as Successive Approximate Model (SAM) or Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE).
• Conduct content analysis, modeling, design, and structured writing for eLearning modules.
• Organize and simplify complex data to create clear and concise learning materials.
• Project Management:
• Participate in Agile meetings and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure consistent content.
• Manage the development and project lifecycle, including audience analysis, identifying project requirements, and defining scope.
• Outline deliverables and changes to existing content.
• Communication:
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Interact and communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
Your experience :
• 2-3 years of on-the-job experience with eLearning tools (Articulate360 Suite preferred, alternatives include Adobe Captivate, Easygenerator, Elucidat, or DominKnow).
• 2-3 years of on-the-job experience with video editing tools such as Camtasia.
• 2-3 years of experience in instructional design methodology, such as Successive Approximate Model (SAM) or Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE).
• 1+ year in eLearning formulation including content analysis, modeling, design, and structured writing in eLearnings (not technical documentation, user manuals, or user guides).
• 1+ year in converting technical documentation, user manuals, or user guides into interactive, user-friendly eLearning content.
• Experience with screen capture and editing tools such as Snippet or Snagit.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Participation in Agile meetings.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders for consistent content.
• Experience in managing development and project lifecycle such as audience analysis, identifying project requirements, and scope.
• Ability to outline deliverables and changes to existing content.
• Ability to interact and communicate across various organizational levels.
You stand out for :
• 2-3 years of experience with adult learning theories.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone).
• Background in banking applications or online financial solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Alternative qualifications (work experience or certification) may be considered.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required, as you will be working with resources outside Quebec
