Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Western Regional Sales Manager (BC, AB, SK), with at least 3 years of experience in the tire industry , to lead our sales efforts in a designated territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of tire sales and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The Western Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive business growth.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through excellent customer service and support.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Provide training and support to outside sales representatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills
Proficiency in Salesforce for managing leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Strong technical sales background with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Experience in outside sales (3 years minimum), particularly within the tire sector.
