Step into a key leadership role at Score Promotions, a leading force in the promotional products industry specializing in branded merchandise and corporate gifts. We're seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing & Creative to lead our marketing and design teams in developing and executing innovative brand strategies. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives and industry trends in promotional products.
  • Lead graphics & marketing planning across digital, print, and in-person channels to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and client retention.
  • Identify emerging trends in branded merchandise, corporate gifting, and client loyalty programs to position the company as an industry leader.

Brand Positioning & Identity

  • Evolve and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, product catalogs, digital assets, and trade show presence.
  • Ensure all branded collateral aligns with the company's value proposition, client personas, and competitive differentiation.
  • Oversee the production of seasonal or themed promotional campaigns aligned with client buying cycles and event calendars.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor the marketing and graphics team.
  • Oversee workflow and collaboration with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives and client outreach.
  • Build a creative, metrics-driven, and deadline-conscious team culture.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design integrated marketing campaigns to promote seasonal product launches, special offers, branded merchandise programs, and client gifting solutions.
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web) with a focus on ROI, client engagement, and lead nurturing.
  • Optimize campaign effectiveness through A/B testing, performance analytics, and CRM data insights.

Event & Trade Show Marketing

  • Lead marketing strategy for participation in industry events, trade shows (e.g., PPAI Expo, ASI Show), and client-hosted showcases.
  • Oversee the design, production, and logistics of company booths, branded giveaways, and promotional materials.
  • Work with sales and client services teams to ensure events drive qualified leads and brand engagement.

Digital & E-commerce Growth

  • Drive web traffic and customer acquisition through SEO, paid search, retargeting, and email marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of the company's e-commerce or product catalog platforms.
  • Leverage automation tools and CRM integration to personalize communications and track customer journeys.

Vendor & Supplier Collaboration

  • Partner with product suppliers, decorators, and print vendors to co-market exclusive products and solutions.
  • Negotiate marketing support agreements, co-branded campaigns, and MDF (market development funds) opportunities.
  • Ensure product marketing is timely, compliant, and aligned with supplier inventory and capabilities.

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Equip sales teams with up-to-date promotional catalogs, custom pitch decks, case studies, and product samples.
  • Create content to support prospecting, client retention, and upselling of value-added services.
  • Collaborate on RFPs, client presentations, and proposal materials to support strategic deals.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead pipeline contribution, client acquisition cost, and other KPIs.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to the executive team based on data-driven analysis.
  • Continuously assess and refine marketing strategies for effectiveness and scalability.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing and creative leadership experience, with a proven track record in B2B brand strategy and campaign execution.
  • Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and creative direction across print and digital channels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales, design, and vendor partners.
  • Proficient with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email, SEO, analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in promotional products, merchandising, or related industries is an asset.
