This is a hybrid role in Toronto ideal for a professional with deep technical Salesforce expertise, proven hands-on implementation experience, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE)
  • Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, and access controls in Salesforce Lightning
  • Oversee system configuration, maintenance routines, and issue resolution
  • Design and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts
  • Build declarative automation using Flow Builder and other Salesforce tools
  • Help define organizational protocols for consistent Salesforce usage
  • Support integration efforts with both cloud and on-premise systems
  • Manage security settings, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level access
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure platform integrity and scalability
  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Promote development standards and best practices across the Salesforce environment
  • Evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and updates
  • Support data migrations, enhancements, and future custom development

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Architect) are preferred
  • Strong experience leading or participating in a Salesforce Center of Excellence
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and declarative tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and mentor team members
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including administration, development, and solution design
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Why This Role:

  • Be a key driver of enterprise transformation through smart, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Join a high-performing, collaborative team in a supportive and innovation-driven environment.
  • Engage in meaningful work with strong cross-functional impact and visibility.
