The Role at a Glance

We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive brand communications, content initiatives, and event activations for BeLocum.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will coordinate the efforts of a multidisciplinary marketing team - including designers, a copywriter, and a digital marketing specialist - and help bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.

This role touches every part of our 360 marketing strategy: from content creation (website, app, social media, newsletters, industry media) to acquisition and retention campaigns, internal communications, event support, and the rollout of field-level brand initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Support the execution of BeLocum's marketing strategy, aligned with company growth and geographic expansion.
  • Coordinate with the design, content, and digital specialists to launch and manage key campaigns and initiatives.
  • Help prioritize marketing activities in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Marketing and other internal stakeholders.

Multi-Platform Content

  • Coordinate and contribute to the creation of content across all channels: social, web, blog, newsletters, app, and more.
  • Help ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all communications.
  • Assist in optimizing content for SEO, engagement, and performance.

Events, Brand, and Partnerships

  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, trade shows, and other activations.
  • Assist with brand ambassador programs and help grow visibility through partnerships and field campaigns.

Campaigns and Performance

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist to launch and track digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email workflows).
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and share insights with the broader team.
  • Help manage timelines, budgets, and priorities to keep projects moving efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong background in content marketing, digital execution, or event coordination.
  • Solid understanding of tools such as HubSpot, Meta Ads, Figma, Google Analytics.
  • Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or marketplaces is an asset, but not required.

What You Can Expect from Us

  • A flexible hybrid work environment
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses
  • Health insurance and comprehensive benefits
  • Generous vacation time and personal days
  • Opportunities to attend industry conferences and events
  • A collaborative, supportive team culture that values innovation and initiative
  • Access to modern tools and technology to do your best work
